To our valued Forrest Avenue Animal Hospital Clients, 

The health and safety of our clients, staff members, their families and our community are our top priority. We are diligently monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and closely watching official information from health authorities as it relates to our community. 

Unless dictated by the local health authorities and as long as our personnel remain healthy, OUR HOSPITAL WILL REMAIN OPEN.  Every exam room has always been cleaned after every patient visit. We are taking extra measures to disinfect the door handles of every exam room after every patient visit as well.  We are also disinfecting commonly touched surfaces all throughout the day. 

If you are concerned about keeping a social distance to a minimum, we can help.  When you arrive for your appointment, you may call from the parking lot to let us know you have arrived.  When the doctor is ready to see your pet, we will call you into the office.  A technician will meet you at the door and escort you to the exam room.  After your pet's examination, the technician will also be able to collect payment from you in the exam room.   

If you need a refill for your pet's medications or food, please be sure to check out our online store and have them shipped directly to your home.  Our online store address:  forrestavenueanimalhospital.vetsfirstchoice.com.
